I was really surprised by the amazing value for money at this hotel; the comfortable beds and spacious room made my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with a mall and metro nearby, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety in the options.

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at the Boonmax Hotel, which was selected by my director. I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The accommodation was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of meetings. the fitness center was a fantastic feature; it was well-equipped and allowed me to maintain my workout routine. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring that my needs were met promptly. Lastly, the location was ideal, being conveniently close to various business hubs and public transport options.

Room privacy issue.

We really enjoyed this absolutely gorgeous and incredibly beautiful hotel and stayed here for 1 night. The room was good, with nice view. All the stuff was excellant and excellent co-operating. Favourable and perfect location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Al Rigga metro station was 10 min away.

The room was clean with climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge.

The room was impeccably clean, and the WiFi worked seamlessly, which helped me stay productive. Its close proximity to the metro station made commuting a breeze. I also found the linens and towels to be fresh, and the overall value for money was excellent.

The room experience was marred by cleanliness issues, including sticky bedding and a dirty first room. The wait for check-in stretched nearly an hour, and amenities like a kettle were missing despite having a designated spot.

I had a decent stay at the hotel! The location was super convenient, making it easy to get to the airport and explore downtown. I especially loved the spacious room, and the remote-controlled lighting was such a cool touch. Plus, the fridge was nice for keeping my drinks cold after a long day out!

There were definitely some issues. The room could've used a deep clean, and the noise from the neighbors was a bit annoying. the parking situation was cramped. A few small tweaks could make it a much better experience overall!

I stayed in a Luxury Triple Room for one night while visiting the Dubai Museum and other nearby attractions. One of the highlights was definitely the convenient proximity to shopping spots and restaurants, which made it easy to explore. I appreciated the inclusion of a toothbrush in the toiletry set, which was a pleasant surprise for the price range, and the wall-hung hairdryer was a nice touch too.

When I checked in, I discovered there was no water in the entire hotel. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the shower only had a trickle the next morning. It was an absolute disaster, making the stay frustrating!

Staff are really helpful and quick to resolve any issues. no washcloths in the bathroom.
